Daytime, the space serves as a co working space with many multipurpose rooms and common areas. Utilized natural light with a gigantic gigantic greenhouse in the middle, the space offers versatility in its function.

Nighttime, the space turns into a secret speak easy with a rocker attitude. Known only to the prestigious invited guests, the entire space is transformed into an underground club and meeting space where business deal is made during cocktail session.
