Laboratory is the concept for Siam Discovery latest revamp with NENDO. Therefore, 56thStudio cater a new food experience where all the commonly know dishes are taken apart, deconstructed, as if the food were operated and dissected by a mad scientist. The result is a semi prep raw ingredient waiting to be recomposed again.
